• Superhero Tract
The target audience for this tract are people that love comic books and video games or people that go to the Superman Celebration and other comic-con type of events where people that love Superheroes would be. We have had a lot of positive remarks and inquiries about these tracts so far.

This tract is Scripturally sound. This tract uses several Bible verses to present the Gospel. It also has a Sinners Prayer on the back, just in case someone you give it to wishes to pray to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior, but cant quite find the words. It also has a QR code that will take a person to a special salvation page on our website that has more details and will hopefully answer questions they may have about being able to go to Heaven.

Here are some suggestions for this tract:

  1. Give it to a young person that loves comic books.
  2. Give them out when you go to see a Superhero movie.
  3. If you go to comic-cons pass them out there.
  4. If your church allows you to place tracts in the "tract rack," you could place some there for others to use.
  5. You could give a sample to your pastor and see if he has use for more. These are great for outreach ministries.
  6. The youth in your church may want some to give to some of their friends.

SUPERHEROES

DO YOU HAVE A FAVORITE SUPERHERO?

Inside of tract

Superheroes are popular because they save people who are in danger. Many Superheroes like Trojul can fly. They may be faster than a speeding bullet! More powerful than a locomotive! Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound! They are good and fight on the side of justice. They help those who are in trouble. Good always wins over evil in the end. A Superhero may be able to save you physically but they can't save you from your sins (spiritually). There is only one Superhero that can do this; He is the greatest Superhero that has ever lived. The one true Superhero named Jesus Christ. Jesus could walk on water, control the weather, heal the sick, make blind eyes see, deaf ears hear and He could even defy gravity. However,His greatest power for us is that He is able to forgive us of our sins so that we can go to Heaven when we die. No other Superhero can do this (Acts 4:12).

Every Superhero has an arch enemy. Jesus' enemy is Satan. Satan brought sin into the world and constantly tempts us to sin. The Bible tells us that we are all sinners (Romans 3:23). Sins are the things that we do wrong. They may be something that we do, something we don't do but we should or something that we think. Before sin entered into the world, people had a relationship with God. Sin broke this relationship. Heaven is a perfect place where people with sin are not allowed to enter (Revelation 21:27). With sin in our lives we would have to spend eternity in Hell which is a place that was made for Satan and his angels (Matthew 25:41). Many people think that, if they do the best they can and try to be good, God will overlook their sin and let them into Heaven. However, the Bible tells us that no amount of good works can help us enter Heaven (Titus 3:5, Ephesians 2:8,9).

This was a problem for God because He loves us and wants us to live with Him in Heaven after we die. How can a perfectly just and righteous God overlook our sin? Our sins had to be paid for. There was only one way that God could be sure of this. He had to take care of it Himself. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to pay for our sins on a cross by dying in our place.

The Bible tells us in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Jesus paid the full price for your sins. If you will accept the payment that Jesus made in your place and apply it to your life, you can go to Heaven when you die. The Greek word used here for believe means to put your trust in, to rely upon, or to depend upon. Salvation is simply the act of believing that Jesus died for your sins and accepting the payment that He made for us. When you do this, your relationship with God is restored and you become a child of God (John 1:12, John 6:47).

Back of tract

Here is a prayer that you can say to ask God to forgive you of your sins.

Dear God, I know I am a sinner, and that there is no way that I can get myself into Heaven. I know that Jesus died on the cross for my sins, and I am accepting the payment that He made on the cross for me. Please forgive me of my sins and allow me to live with you in Heaven someday. God, I thank you for forgiving me of my sins. Please help me to serve you in my daily life. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
